A Needs Assessment is a process for determining the needs or "gaps" between current academic conditions and the desired academic condition. As part of the Needs Assessment process, parent, teacher, and student surveys and/or inventories as well as other important documents and paperwork will be analyzed to determine learning goals and objectives.

Goal Setting
Learning goals will be determined using information gathered, organized, and analyzed during the Needs Assessment. These learning goals will be shared and discussed with stakeholders and will drive the intervention. TEKS.
